In rare cases, the purchased ferry ticket is not registered correctly.<\/p>\n

Please contact the Epass24 support via email and include the following with in your request:<\/p>\n

  1. A copy of the receipt and the electronical ticket\/E-ticket that you receievd via E-mail at the time of your purchase.<\/li>\n
  2. Alternatively if you paid on board for your ferry ticket, we require the receipt and the credit card number (1234XXXXX7890 \u2013 first and last 4 digits\/name of the account holder with which the payment was made with).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
