Toll charge details?

As the system is fully automated, incorrect detection and registration of vehicles passing through a toll station can happen.

If you have received an invoice for a toll charge relating to a journey you did not make, you can request a manual review. The toll charges will then be checked against available photos.

Vehicle ownership?

Perhaps you were not the registered owner of the vehicle when this toll charge was incurred?

Epass24 automatically obtains vehicle owner details from the local national registry of vehicles. Sometimes, this registry is not fully updated and we must handle the case manually.

Do you still think that the toll charge has been detected and registered incorrectly?
